"Dealing with insurance and paying for premiums can be such a taxing experience! I have been with Eric Ledoux's office for a few years now and can say confidently that his team truly cares about their clients! Kim, Bayleygh and Ashley have all been phenomenal!! "I came to Eric Ledoux State Farm Agency in 2020 after my previous agent retired. I had been with the last agent for 40 years. I was apprehensive about moving my business to a new agent. Little did I know that it would be one of my best insurance moves. They helped me get discounts the previous agency had overlooked. All the staff are friendly. I especially want to call out Kim Banks. Whether dealing with Kim in person, by phone, or by email, she is always pleasant and very efficient. She is also always willing to answer questions and make recommendations. Including recognizing the discounts above I didn't know of. Or recommending an umbrella policy that helped lower other policy's prices. Over the last few years, almost every insurance brand in Oklahoma has called, believing they will lower my rates. None come even close. If you're not happy with your current insurance Agent, try Eric Ledoux's agency. If you do, ask for Kim Banks. You won't be sorry."
